Other Policies

Warranty Policy

All Neo Kavach Vests and Backpacks are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects on the Airbag technology. This warranty covers all the Zippers and Stitches of the products for 6 months only. Any damage or issue identified at the customer end, after using the product will not be accepted as a manufacturing defect. Any defect found at the time of delivery needs to be escalated and informed to the Neo Kavach team within 24 hours of delivery time to be accepted as a manufacturing defect.

Neo Kavach can repair and service your airbag safety system after a crash if needed. We will charge for servicing/repair on a case-by-case basis.

No Refund Policy

  1. We have a strict no-return policy. Once purchased, goods cannot be returned or claimed for a refund. This allows us to ensure safety is not compromised on any of the products in our inventory, whether at our dealer’s end or for any purchase made through our website.
  2. You may file for an exchange request within 72 Hours of Delivery time as long as everything is in the same condition that it was received. If you have filled a product exchange and have shipped the product to our facility, we shall revert to the mail query once we have received the product at our facility and once it has been approved by our QC team to be 'in virgin or unused condition'.

Shipping Policy

3.1. Shipping Timeframe
We ensure to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
3.2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress.
3.3. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept or receive it. Instead, request the courier to return it to us and immediately report the issue.
If you have already received the parcel, kindly note that we shall not be liable for any damages found in the product. However, the Neo Kavach team will try to assist you with your query as much as possible.
3.4. Delayed Shipping Policy
We work with third-party delivery partners, and while we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund or return will be entertained for delays caused by force majeure events, third-party delays, natural calamities, or bad weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

  1. If you happen to need a different size, we kindly request you to visit any of our Authorized Dealers and check out your preferred size from the trial Vests available at the Neo Kavach Experience Centre. (Click for Dealer List here)
  2. Once the product is shipped from your end and received at our end, our team of experts will inspect it for any usage marks; once the exchange is approved, you will receive your requested size delivered to your doorstep. (The company will not bear the shipping charges and will have to process them at actuals for exchange delivery.)
  3. Products covered in pet hair or dust are subject to be declined for any return for exchange.
  4. Products returned after 2 days* are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product exchange will not be accepted post 05 days of delivery time. (*Product delivery day.)
  5. Products that have been used or altered are strictly deemed non-returnable.
  6. Kindly allow the Neo Kavach team a minimum period of 5 working days after we receive your exchange request for the query to be resolved.

Exchange Procedure

If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

  • Login into your account
  • Go to My Orders section
  • Choose the product to be exchanged and select the suitable option.
  • Click the exchange button. Fill in the reason in the drop box below.

We'll notify you via e-mail to discuss your exchange. Any exchanges need to be approved by our Customer Service department on mail.
