A distinguished leader with over 25 years of entrepreneurial mastery in the automotive components industry, Rajat Bhandari brings unmatched expertise to Neo Kavach.
A distinguished leader with over 25 years of entrepreneurial mastery in the automotive components industry, Rajat Bhandari brings unmatched expertise to Neo Kavach. His academic foundation, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, is fortified by an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and specialized technical training from MIT and AOTS Japan, creating a powerful blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight.
Mr. Bhandari's impressive portfolio of 18 patents, 12 of which have been granted, demonstrates his dedication to innovation. As evidence of his commitment to operational excellence, his visionary leadership helped his prior business win the coveted JIPM Manufacturing Excellence Award in 2020.
In addition to the automotive industry, Mr. Bhandari is an active member of EO Delhi and invests in start-ups in the travel technology and student housing sectors. A passionate wildlife photographer, his work is even featured in the G20 coffee table books for Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve.

Helite's founder, Gérard Thevenot, is a trailblazer in the realm of personal safety. Driven by a deep understanding of fluid mechanics and a passion for light aeronautics, he embarked on his journey in 2001.

He set out to develop flexible airbag systems for a variety of sports, such as cycling, motorcycling, and equestrian pursuits, after realizing the urgent need for innovative protection in high-risk activities. As evidence of his inventiveness, he was awarded the prestigious French Innovation Cup for his groundbreaking work in creating the first personal airbag system for pilots of light aircraft.
This initial success spurred him to further develop and enhance his technology for safeguarding motorcyclists and equestrians. With more than 35 years of engineering experience, Mr. Thevenot has continuously improved the Helite system, resulting in the world's inaugural CE-certified motorcycle airbag. It is known for its quick mechanical trigger and deployment in less than 100 milliseconds.
His steadfast focus on mechanical accuracy forms the foundation of Neo Kavach's dedication to ensuring rider safety.
